These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of libeclothing.com and any purchases you make from Libe Clothing ("Libe", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our site. If you're younger, you may only use our site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Your Account

You can shop with us as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your password confidential. You're responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us at info@libeclothing.com right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

We do our best to describe our products accurately and to show colors and textures faithfully, but slight differences may occur between what's shown on your screen and the item you receive.

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors and to limit the quantity available per customer or order. Items are sold while supplies last and we may discontinue or change any product at any time.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only once we send you a shipping confirmation. Before that point, we may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers. By placing an order you authorize us (or our providers) to charge the payment method you select for the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping. You're responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply to international orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, processing times, carriers, and costs are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on items that are unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Final-sale items and accessories noted as non-returnable are excluded. Full details are on our Returns page.

Your statutory consumer-protection rights (including any right of withdrawal that applies to your jurisdiction) are not affected by these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on libeclothing.com — including images, photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, the "Libe" name, fonts, copy, and the overall look and feel — is owned by Libe or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or scraping — requires our prior written permission.

Your Content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content to us or post it about us on social media using our hashtags or tags, you grant Libe a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing materials, on our site, and on social media. You confirm that your content is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from our site by automated means without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with our site or its underlying technology.
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content.
• Resell our products without our written authorization.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any warranty, guarantee, or right that cannot be limited or excluded under the consumer-protection law that applies to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Libe and its affiliates, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of our site or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the consumer-protection law that applies to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Libe and its affiliates harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our site, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites and services. We don't operate or endorse them and we aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your interactions with them are between you and the third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our site at any time without notice if we believe you've breached these Terms or if we need to protect our site, our customers, or our rights. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to your use of our site will be resolved by the courts of the Province of Quebec, except that nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence where the consumer-protection law that applies to you grants you that right.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. If we make material changes we'll let you know through our site or by email where appropriate. By continuing to use our site after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the policies referenced on our site, are the entire agreement between you and Libe regarding your use of our site and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.
