The program applies to eligible Libe products purchased directly from Libe Clothing or an authorized retailer.
Common questions
How do I submit a Crash Replacement request?
Contact us with your order number or purchase receipt, photos of the damaged product, a short description of what happened, and the product name, size, and colour. Once approved, we'll send you a one-time discount code toward a replacement item.
How long am I covered after purchase?
Tops, jerseys, and shirts are covered for 1 year from the original purchase date. Bottoms, shorts, and pants are covered for 2 years. Accessories are final sale and not eligible.
What if the original item is sold out?
Replacement items are subject to availability. If the original is sold out, we may offer a similar product when possible.
Can I combine the discount with other promotions?
No - Crash Replacement discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or sales.
Will I pay shipping, duties, or taxes on the replacement?
Yes - shipping, duties, and taxes may still apply to your replacement order. Requests are reviewed case by case and are subject to approval.
